This year, 243 abstracts are selected through strict review by the celebrated abstract graders of the CIT 2008.

All selected abstracts will be published in a supplement issue of "The Chinese Medical Journal " and presented an electronic poster format which is useful for participants to review at the E-poster zone during the meeting.

Young Investigators Award by CIT
(CIT-YIA) for Best Abstract

CIT is pleased to announce that 3 best-abstract winners out of the following 9 nominees (Poster format) for CIT 2008 will be entitled to this award, which is kindly supported by the Chien Foundation.

Chien Foundation was founded by Mr Teddy Chien and Dr Richard Ng specifically for the education and training of young cardiologists, particularly in the field of Interventional Cardiology. The Foundation has been active in the Asia-Pacific region providing support in various forms for education, training and research. This is the 2nd time that a CIT-YIA Award will be given and CIT2008 is delighted to be given the opportunity to host this Award.
